Spot on! Students will never develop a growth mindset if we don’t allow opportunities to grow after mistakes.

If we provide feedback without an opportunity for the student to use it to improve, we've simply told them what they're struggling with and then sent the message that we don't care enough to let them get better at it. Feedback can't just be leaving comments on a page.
