@Takie_Arts If you want to truly get followers fast, try joining art trains, or look for trending hashtags and post art of those characters. Seasonal anime is also a good source of reference, and new gacha game characters tend to have a big boom. Chase trends and you'll get more traction.

@Takie_Arts Although it has gotten weaker too. Pixiv is a good choice, but I think you already have that. There's only so much you can do to appeal to the algorithm, so try not to let it get you down. You are still growing, and you might have a breakout post.

Can someone explain what I'm doing wrong, since I've been very consistently posting fairly decent looking arts (imo), trying to engage with others by commenting and reposting others works and yet I still only get like 1 new follower every 3 months, and the usual handful of likes?

SubscribeStar has fallen. While it may suck, there is an alternative called Boosty. Mainly for Russians artists, but so far they seem to be the best replacement. Other sites will pop up, so hang in there.
