@MattKerney I do know when AA girls was in Brookings a lot of the teams fans just drove back and forth so Hotels weren’t a problem. Vermillion hotels are a problem.

Brookings is fine for girls' since both Frost Arena & Dacotah Bank Center have the minimum seating of 5,500.. I'm talking boys' tourney. No way Brookings can host a BBB tourney since they don't reach the seating minimum. Vermillion could host but they lack hotel rooms.. #SDPreps

There's are no hotels in Brookings or Vermillion. Good luck on getting tourneys there..

@MattKerney No, it's still Patrick. Just being more social. What I'm saying is that the Denny is booked years out. It's just a reality, and that's OK. Brookings and Vermillion are great options. Brookings already hosts some but they could do bigger schools as well.
