@LegendaryJoe You are a dubious liar, deflecting and distorting history. ATIKU never walk away from supporting MKO Abiola in fact he risked his life travelling from Kastina -Kaduna - Ogun all in an effort to garner support for Abiola. One of the reasons Obasanjo picked him as his VP

LEGENDARY J.O.E@LegendaryJoe·
ATIKU AND A LIFE OF GRAVE MISTAKES Atiku's greatest mistake is not supporting MKO in 1993. When he lost the primaries and MKO refused to pick him as running mate, Atiku stayed aloof - and even supported the annulment. Had he stood with MKO in that sacred hour, at least he could have enjoyed the sympathies of the Yoruba and the lovers of democracy today. But he chose comfort over conviction, and history took note. ----- His 2ND greatest mistake is not supporting the fight against the military - even while his political benefactor, Yar'Adua, languished in Abacha's dungeon and eventually surrendered his breath within those walls. He did not rage. He did not march. He did not even whisper. At least, today, Nigerians would have known he once stood for something beyond himself. ---- His 3RD greatest mistake is going against OBJ in 2003, the man who brought him into Aso Rock - and thus stamping himself, before the eyes of the nation, as acutely disloyal and chronically desperate. OBJ, who neither forgives nor forgets without publishing it, extracted his pound of flesh in ink and bound it in hardcover. That testimony lives in books. Books do not die. It is a stain Atiku can never wash off. ----- His 4TH greatest mistake is not supporting GEJ in 2015. Had GEJ won, Buhari would have naturally retired into the dry silence of Daura - and there would have been no one on the horizon capable of challenging Atiku in 2019. He could be rounding up his second term today. Instead, he conspired against the man, refused his entreaties for support and mindlessly worked with others to ensure his defeat. If he supported GEJ then, even if his defeat was unavoidable, at least GEJ could have owed him a debt of reciprocity today. ----- His 5TH greatest mistake is picking Peter Obi as running mate in 2019. Little did he know that the totally unknown, largely forgotten former governor he elevated into national consciousness would become his greatest obstacle to the lifelong dream of the presidency. He reached into obscurity and handed a mediocre a platform and he has now become a monster that now haunts his every electoral ambition. ---- Atiku has lived a long life of consistent blunders - each one costlier than the last - as though he were a man never destined to sit on that throne. The closer he gets to power, the farther the presidency retreats from him. And in every election cycle, he commits a blunder worse than the one before. Each step toward his lifetime ambition is just another nail hammered deep into the casket of unfulfillment. The list does not end here. There are more destiny-mistakes Atiku has committed on this ambitious walk. Which other one can you remember? Good Morning Severally....

🚨 || Peter Obi responded to the allegation that he has never participated in any party primaries in his political career. “Thank you very much. It is true that I have never participated in any primaries. In fact, when I became governor twice, it was through consensus. One day, I went to Bayelsa to visit the then President, Goodluck Jonathan. When we got there, his wife came out to greet us. She asked, “Mr. Peter Obi, do you like cow meat?” and I said no. I then called one of the maids and asked her what type of meat she had eaten that morning, and she said smoked panla fish. I turned around and said, “Mummy, please give me panla fish and rice.” After we finished eating and were about to leave, I saw someone outside the gate cutting grass. He was sweating profusely. I asked him to give me the cutlass, and I helped him to cut the grass.”

He should show us where Atiku's contribution were chronicled. The only thing we know about him in Obj and elrufai books are just one of disloyalty and self centeredness.

Peter Obi
Peter Obi@PeterObi·
"The condition of our nation and the urgent need to rescue Nigeria, informed my decision to leave ADC for NDC." Yesterday, I formally joined the Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC), alongside my dear brother, Engr. Dr Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, with one clear purpose: to continue the struggle for a new Nigeria built on justice, competence, accountability, and compassion for the ordinary Nigerian. As I stated yesterday, this decision was not made out of anger, personal ambition, or convenience. It came after deep reflection on the present condition of our nation and the urgent need to rescue Nigeria from the dangerous path it is currently heading. Over the years, I have remained steadfast in my conviction that politics should never be about individuals, positions, or personal gain. It must be about the people, especially the millions of Nigerians who today can no longer afford necessities, whose businesses are collapsing, whose children are losing hope, and whose future is becoming increasingly uncertain. I left the ADC for the same reason I left the Labour Party: the severe, orchestrated litigation and internal crises deliberately designed to ensure that I, alongside many other notable individuals, do not effectively participate in the electoral process. I sincerely appreciate and remain deeply grateful to the Leadership of ADC for the opportunity to work together in pursuit of a better Nigeria. I am particularly grateful to ADC Chairman Senator David Mark for his exceptional Leadership. I also deeply appreciate my Leader and elder brother YE, Atiku Abubakar, as well as other respected leaders within the party. As we join the NDC, I sincerely appeal to the Nigerian Government against the encouragement of unresolved litigations and the infusion of crises within political parties. Democracy must never become a weapon against the people. A healthy democracy thrives on strong institutions, credible alternatives, and the freedom of citizens to make choices without intimidation, manipulation, or fear. Opposition parties must not be weakened or destroyed, because when democracy loses balance, the people ultimately suffer. Nigeria today is passing through one of the most difficult periods in its history. Poverty is rising. Hunger is widespread. Insecurity continues to threaten lives and livelihoods. Businesses are shutting down daily. Our young people are becoming discouraged, and many citizens have lost faith in the system. At a time like this, leadership must be driven not by propaganda or division, but by competence, capacity, character, and compassion. Our decision to join the NDC is therefore not an abandonment of values, but a continuation of the same mission we have always stood for: building a Nigeria where leadership is about service, where public resources are managed responsibly, where institutions function independently, and where every Nigerian, regardless of tribe, religion, region, or social status, can live with dignity, security, and hope. I remain committed to working with all Nigerians of goodwill across political, ethnic, and religious lines. The task before us is bigger than any individual or political party. It is about the future of our children and the survival of our dear nation. I thank Nigerians, especially our youths and women, for remaining peaceful, resilient, and hopeful despite the enormous challenges confronting the country. I urge you not to lose faith in Nigeria. Nations do not change because people surrender to hopelessness; they change because people continue to believe, continue to sacrifice, and continue to stand for what is right. A new Nigeria is still POssible. -PO

This is exactly my stance. My loyalty is not to any individual politician, but to the broader political objective. I joined the ADC independently, not because of any particular candidate or personality. My continued support for the party is therefore not dependent on whether any politician stays or leaves. I currently see the ADC as the most viable platform for building a credible opposition to the APC. My bigger concern is Nigeria drifting toward a de facto one party state under Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Because of that concern, I support any coalition or alliance that can realistically challenge APC dominance. At this moment, I choose political pragmatism over personality politics.

Dr. A. I@ComradeAI

My decision to join the ADC in August 2025 was entirely independent, driven by a personal commitment to resist APC attempt to turn Nigeria into a Party Dominant State My allegiance lies with the cause, not with any specific individual. I remain committed to that!
