I’m not on my way to FWA. I woke up today to exactly what I had feared. Sorry I’ve been quiet about this. I’ve been dealing with significant bladder issues this year. Pain, discomfort, embarrassment. Doctors, tests, meds. It’s not changed much. It’s nerve damage. Can’t hold it much anymore. Somewhat manageable at home, mortifying outside of that. Those who know me well will understand why this feels like a punishment. It’s taken away my enjoyment from an indulgence and turned it into an inconvenience. I hoped to be better by now. I’m not. I’m not coping well today. I don’t know how to take care of myself for this. I’m not sure what to do. I know it’ll hurt more than my bladder does to miss out this weekend. I’m sorry to disappoint anyone.
