Hello, this is JYPE. We would like to inform you regarding the copyright infringement issue involving Stray Kids audio content. Our company has confirmed that HAN’s “back to life,” which was uploaded as part of the SKZ-PLAYER series on May 9, was illegally distributed across multiple platforms without our authorization. Upon recognizing the copyright infringement, we requested that each platform and unauthorized distributor restrict distribution and remove the track. We also clearly notified all parties involved that distributing the audio without approval constitutes an infringement of rights. At present, access to the track has already been blocked on certain platforms. For platforms where measures have not yet been fully implemented, we are continuing to request additional removals and service restrictions. Furthermore, we have formally notified the distributor responsible for the unauthorized release that such actions constitute a clear violation of rights, and we have once again demanded the immediate suspension and deletion of the distribution.
