@virginmedia We had a firm time and date, twice, neither time did your network team actually show up. I'm just wondering how many firm dates and times we are going to get through before the issue is resolved

@hwill115 @virginmedia Always the automated message saying there is a problem in the area and will be fixed at X,Y and Z o'clock or restart the router. The engineer on site this morning told a neighbour an outage hadn't been reported despite half the estate having logged it more than once!!!!

@virginmedia @thomasam82 As one of Anne's neighbours yes we have, we have also been told it should have been fixed on a few occasions now, once last night then this afternoon. Getting ridiculous now as we are ending day three with no sign of these engineers despite supposedly being a "priority case"
