To @BELIFTLAB, Has anyone in your company ever felt the pain of being suddenly abandoned? Have you ever been going about your day, or just waking up from a nap, and suddenly received a message from someone saying goodbye to you? If none of you have experienced that, then good for you. But do you really have to make us go through it? Are you a company full of heartless people? Did no one in your company even think of ENHYPEN and ENGENEs? What you did yesterday will never be forgotten. Dropping a sudden announcement at 4:00 PM KST. Do you have any idea how much pain you caused countless people? If this was truly HEESEUNG’s choice, if this is what he wants for his happiness and artistry, then we will respect that no matter how painful it is, no matter how hard it is to accept. But knowing HEESEUNG, he was never someone who would act so suddenly. He would never allow ENGENEs to be this devastated. We have been connected for six years, so we know his heart, and we know how much he loves his fans. Their schedules as a group are lined up, fancalls, music festivals, even new endorsements, but none of you in that company had the heart to think, “What if we give ENHYPEN and ENGENEs one last chance to be together as a group of seven? One last proper goodbye from ENGENEs to HEESEUNG as a member of ENHYPEN?” Would it have destroyed the company to do that? No, right? Yes, we know this is just all business for you. But does nobody at BELIFT LAB have a heart for the fans? Does nobody consider the lives affected by these decisions? You will never make us believe that ENHYPEN wanted it to end like this. You will never make us believe that HEESEUNG wanted yesterday to unfold this way. They have always been careful with ENGENEs, always protective of us, and we know they would never have chosen for us to be left shattered like this. The way yesterday happened was not their choice, it was yours. You have no idea how much ENHYPEN has meant to us. You have no idea how many lives they have touched, how many people have leaned on them when nothing else could help. And yet you dropped this announcement with zero thought. You treated fans as if we were disposable, as if our grief, our heartbreak, our loyalty, and our love did not matter at all. This is the heartbreak you have caused. This is the devastation of a fandom denied closure. This is the grief of losing a group as seven and being stripped of the chance to honor one of its members properly. We hope you understand the depth of the pain you have inflicted. We hope you understand the weight of your choices. We hope you see us, hear us, and acknowledge that this is not just ordinary news to be dropped carelessly, it is a wound that will take a long time to heal. We hope you do not try to place the pressure and burden on JUNGWON, HEESEUNG, JAY, JAKE, SUNGHOON, SUNOO, and NI-KI because of everything happening online. They have already gone through so much. This is not their fault. This heartbreak, this confusion, and this devastation were caused entirely by your company. BELIFT LAB alone made the choice to leave all of us in shock, to strip us of closure, and to place an unimaginable weight on these members. The responsibility lies with you and you alone. We will never be silent.

FILO ENGENEs, we know we are all still in shock and feeling the weight of this moment. We do not know everything that went into the decisions made, and we do not question HEESEUNG.
