@hydro_customer What you said “30 minutes to 5 hours” is what I’m referring to which can be found in this document that was linked in my outage notice. My power was cut for~8 hours.

@hydro_customer what the heck, only 91 addresses affected (Dorval north), and I’m told I have to wait 10 more hours for power to come back because of gradual service restoration, even though the service itself says it could take “up to” 5 hours…

Hello Nonamen784000773, the information on the mobile application is an estimate. At the moment there are major outages in many locations so the estimates are not accurate. Our teams are working to restore the service to every client that doesn't have power but it will take time as there is a lot of work to be done. We cannot provide an accurate estimate for when the service will be restored.

@hydro_customer hello, your application says that power outage in my area will be restored at 7:15. It is 723 and still not restore. Your map outage is out of date as it doesn’t show anything more than crew assigned.

@hydro_customer why is today's planned outage on rue Beaudry at Sherbrooke street in Montréal Ville Marie now being shown on the outage map as an unplanned outage with no resolution time? Is it still coming back on at 600 pm? Our place just hit 15 Celsius.

@hydro_customer I am out of power in the sweltering heat with an elderly sick parent at home with breathing difficulties. When is my power coming back? I can’t even speak to anyone. Yet I have to pay almost $400/month for power and it’s out almost every month for some reason!
