Santos has a point. Everybody just thought Langdon had a problem and took care of it. They don’t know he stole from patients and the hospital which would change how he’s viewed by staff

they act like the show is being subtle… it really really isn't.
she basically turned to the camera and said "i distrust men in power because of my trauma", while we see him do everything possible abuse that trust and paint her as hysterical and untrustworthy.

The “he’s her superior” argument doesn’t hold much weight when the way Langdon *used* his power over Santos on her first day is the whole issue. She doesn’t respect or trust him, and nobody seems to care why, and that likely directly parallels her CSA trauma. That matters! A lot!
