How Rate Limited ISM works (simplified):
1. Warp Route deployer sets a daily transfer cap.
2. Transfers go through until they hit the cap.
3. Once cap hit, transactions revert. Refills every 24h.

Your bridge should not be able to be drained in one block. Rate Limited ISM puts a daily cap on how much value can move through a Warp Route. Even if a token contract or key is exploited, they can't drain more. This gives you extra time to detect, pause, and upgrade the route.

For example, here's a 1 USDC transfer from Arbitrum to Base:
>> Aggregation ISM bundles multiple security checks together
>> Pausable ISM lets the route owner hit the emergency stop if something goes wrong
>> Routing ISM verifies messages differently depending on which chain they come from
>> Owner addresses visible and linked on both sides
