Anxiety and DPDR is the worst fucking thing I’ve ever been through and I would never in my life wish this on anybody. I cannot calm down. I’m completely on edge and just fucking scared. I can’t do this and I can’t live like this. I’m utterly miserable and terrified.

I might have DPDR, it's almost certain, but I haven't talked to the psychologist about it further
