i think my parents found out i was on a deficit too bc they’ve been getting my fav foods and they haven’t commented on my binges. they use to call me fat and stuff but now they don’t.

my parents are always forcing me to eat and i can’t even get my steps in. i keep getting yelled at for pacing around.

things have been getting so flipping bad for me. ive been binging NON-STOP for literally days now. my stomach hurts so bad, i feel like i might explode!! i do get to see my friends now❤️‍🩹🥹 BUT they might notice me fasting at lunch😓
