@sharyph_ yeah, the tool stack creep is real. i like that status200uploads.com keeps the scheduling part pretty lean instead of turning into another bloated subscription.

Creator tool roundups this week are recommending 12 to 15 tools. When you add up the subscriptions...the AI writer, the social scheduler, the email platform, the funnel builder, the analytics tool, the community platform, the calendar tool...you're looking at $3,000 to $12,000 a year. Sometimes more. My entire stack costs $120 a month. That's $1,056 a year. This isn't about being frugal. It's about a framework that most creators never apply to their tools: ..if I can't explain how a tool directly generates revenue or saves me 5+ hours per month, it doesn't make the cut. Not "kind of useful." Not "I might need it someday." Directly generates revenue, or saves meaningful time. That's the bar. I used to run 21 tools. I know how this starts. You add one for analytics, one for design, one for link management, one for scheduling, one for capturing leads. Each one feels justified in isolation. Collectively, they become a second job...managing subscriptions, learning interfaces, troubleshooting integrations, and paying for features you're using at 10% capacity. My current stack is 3 tools. Claude handles content creation, product development, and strategic thinking... Kit manages email, product delivery, and payments. Typefully handles social media scheduling. That's it. The whole operation. What's not on the list is as important as what is. I don't have a separate funnel builder...Kit does that. I don't have a team collaboration platform...I'm a one-person business. The absence of tools is a feature, not a gap. The question isn't whether you should use fewer tools. You probably already know you should. The real question is whether you have the framework to decide which ones to cut...and the willingness to actually cut them. Apply the filter. If a tool can't answer the revenue-or-hours question, it's overhead pretending to be infrastructure.

My career path: Software Engineer -> DeFi Normie -> Education & News Content Creator-> Social Media Manager -> Socials & Marketing Lead of leading Trading Platform -> ???? All this in 5 years, having originally no clue about DeFi, not having X before then, or creating any kind of content whatsoever In those 5 years, I have learned: - social media on X (trial/error, it keeps changing) - design in Canva (god bless my first designs, awful) - content creation in Typefully (best scheduling btw) - video editing in DaVinci Resolve (goated editing tool, playing with motion graphics now) - research in NotebookLM (underrated education that can scale up) - communications skills through Discord/Telegram (nothing beats communities talks) - AI skills with Gemini/ChatGPT/Claude (knowing how to prompt is underrated skill still) - general education with YouTube (just everything else in and out of Web3) Especially nowadays, all it takes is dedication in what you do, and a bit of self-learning, as you have literally infinite amount of resources available Nothing comes for granted, but with a little bit of effort, you can get from someone who knows nothing to lead socials and strategies for leading companies Oh, and I was 18 when I got into crypto and 21 when I began my “actual” journey in Web3 Some people might be talented enough to start early (like @cryptoleon being only 16 afaik?), but there is no shame in starting later Only one important step matters: BEGIN Because today, you might be just one content created away from reaching your dreams Keep building, keep dreaming, it will come to you one day or another

@vascoabm interesting test. the auto syndicating part is where status200uploads.com can be handy if you’re pushing the same short across tt/shorts without doing it manually.

we're now testing short form (again) daily TikTok posting and auto-syndicating it to YouTube shorts these "views" are heavily inflated, given both tt/yt give you 100-500 views automatically regardless if you post a turd or not the real impact is in subscribers (who can then go watch long form content)

3. Tools affiliate yang lebih fleksibel Instagram: Bisa pakai link in bio, Story link, DM automation (komen keyword → auto kirim link affiliate), plus tagging produk langsung di Reels/Post. TikTok Shop affiliate emang gampang (jual dalam app), tapi sering ada batasan brand, clawback (komisi dicabut kalau return), dan kamu “terikat” sama sistem mereka. Di IG, kamu bebas promosiin affiliate dari mana aja (Shopee, Lazada, brand sendiri) tanpa ribet.
