@robertkschmitz After QB, the most critical GM move is HC. Poles whiffed on Flus in '22 and doubled-down last Jan (both crime scenes covered in Trace Armstrong's fingerprints). His roster building has not been strong enough to overcome bad HC. Flus' incompetence lies firmly at Poles' feet.

We gotta have objective standards here — the “King Poles” stuff gets out of hand, but most Bears fans would tell you this team should be 6-1 and would cite the IND & WAS games before also telling you the HC is incompetent. All with a rookie QB. Someone is doing something right!
