@TebbouneAmadjid hey @bellingcat do you know if this video is legit or #Deepfake? This is Algeria's "President" apparently speaking from a hospital in Germany. He hasn't spoken publicly since 2 months. He caught Covid and disappeared since then. No one really knows what's going on with him
