Cap Breakers dont allow u to surpass max caps that your size settings allows u to have in the builder. A 6'9" player w/ min wing can get up to 87 three ball in the builder. You cant take this to an 88+ w/ Cap Breakers. But if u build to an 82, CBs will allow you to raise to an 87
