The same interior that gets seat allotments and jobs on a rural quota. If you can divide the jobs and seats on rural urban basis, then surely interior/exterior is not a wild concept. Hope that helps x

Unpopular opinion but qurbani is not wajib on non haji people AT ALL. It is actually better to install a water cooler or plant trees as opposed to doing qurbani of an animal, leaving streets dirty and then only giving the scrap parts to ghareeb.
