@IHOP hey, do you guys have customer service on twitter? Sounds dumb but none of the IHOP’s around me answer

@DonRyan21 @IHOP I’ve been a server and I’ve worked in customer service as well. They failed on both sides. When the restaurant is not busy it’s not too hard to acknowledge someone. They were overbooked with servers as well. No excuses. @IHOP to another restaurant.

Nothing like being starved n walking out of a restaurant after being seated for 15 min. n not being acknowledged once in a NON BUSY setting. The mangers didn’t seem to care about keeping my business. I feel like I’m breaking up w/ a loved one, but @IHOP I won’t be back.

Eating at my favorite iHop. Unlike ⁦@Expedia⁩ and @motel6 they rock customer service. Will be #homeless & sleeping in my van tonight because of #expedia

I never thought I’d be one of those angry moms who write bad reviews BUTTTTT the @IHOP in Bloomfield has the worst customer service all the way up to the manager and I am livid.
