2026 update: d4 still bad

@Quin69 Isn’t PoE’s skill tree is mostly passive stat stick like 90% of the nodes? Complexity does not equal a better design but somehow people think it equals that. Regardless, D4 is still hugely successful because of casual players. Cinematics / story is best in the genre too, by miles

Day 3 of Diablo 4 new expansion and it looks like there's gonna be a Day 4, hate to admit it but I'm actually having fun, D4 maybe not so bad anymore

The Peanut has responded to me: I actually teared up making this video. @theburntpeanut, the man that inspired me to become a better streamer, better entertainer, and most importantly, to have FUN and NEVER GIVE UP...BANNED ME from his Twitch chat. I get it. I do. But why does it have to be that way? Why can't we all just be friends and have fun and have a good laugh? D4 campaign has been the most enjoyable time I've ever spent in D4. If endgame reflects the campaigns quality and brings properly replayability via the War Plans D4 might actually have become "D4 Good". Only sad state about it is that it took them 3 years and having to buy the game 3 times to get there. Imagine the reception if the game launched in the state that Lord of Hatred delivered..

Be careful with the Champion gear quest and each zone’s weekly event. In each zone, the Quartermaster only offers the Champion gear quest after you talk to the weekly event NPC. Talk to the Purple Triangle NPC first, then grab the Champion gear quest from the Quartermaster before you finish the weekly event, or you’ll lock yourself out for the week (like I did).

there are still a bunch of exploits in the WoW UI and this will be a cat & mouse game for a while. Some things Blizzard will fix, some they won't because they might provide similar functionality later on. annoying for users, fun for devs, confusing for everyone
