Finally, there's a guy in high Infinite playing Cerebro 3, and I'm gonna take any excuse to get this deck on the tier list, because c'mon, it's Cerebro 3! It has a 60% winrate with 100 games in top Infinite, and I'm nearly positive it's just one guy, but STILL!
