Since stopping Halo after worlds this year, my bench press has gone up 60Kg, now hitting 140kg’s (310lbs) for 8. Hoping to break my new PR of 200kg (440lbs) within 8 weeks. As much as I miss halo, I god damn love life 😘

This worlds marks my 8th trip to the states due to Halo. Incredibly grateful for the opportunities presented to me and the friends made along the way. Regardless of result at HWC, this will be my last event for Halo. Been a long ride but wouldn't change a thing.
