Spencer will join CSK between April 21-23. I clarified earlier, Spencer wasn’t match fit for first half of PSL & hence @TeamQuetta released him with mutual agreement so we could sign Alzarri Joseph as DS. Several Days after getting released, he signed a partial deal with CSK!

Nope Spencer cannot play from the start of IPL as well. His rehab would take two-three weeks more before he is cleared to play matches by Cricket Australia. Initially he was expected to play from start of PSL but his return got delayed which is why QG signed Alzarri Joseph.

Spencer Johnson was released by @TeamQuetta after mutual agreement with the player as we needed our marquee player to play from start of PSL while Spencer needed some more time.
