Thanks for talking about this. Exactly the same observations I had over the years. I only look for strong stocks and trade them. Leading stocks place me automatically into the right theme at the right time. My final few picks automatically tend to show concentration in sectors even though I did not bother about it during the selection process.

Clear in your mind whether you want to be momentum trader or sector rotation trader. Understand how sector rotation is calculated and you will have no issues.
A stock with momentum does not care about the sector. A stock can have reason specific to itself for a move while rest of sector is lagging.
Besides that by the time sector relative strength is apparent most of the stock in it have already moved.
Just think through and decide on either approach that works for you.

@PradeepBonde Hello , i have a question should it be just focused on the momentum stock like a 5 star setup in a lagging sector or a 3 star setup in a hot sector , like which stock to prefer first ? as i am really having trouble combining these 2 Thank you for the answer

@NickSchmidt Point is that we don't know what we are seeing is an uptrend to be continued or just a short rally before it breaks down or any other possible combinations. This is why selling some in strength and remaining in weakness is the best combo.

When the trend is up the default assumption should be pullbacks are opportunities not tops

Follow leading themes and dont trade anything and everything, stay with a little higher MCAP names and not the microcaps.

Great Bro. Thanks for sharing your view on the circuit. I completely avoid the ones which are downgraded from 20 to 10%. I have noticed repeatedly that in 70-80% of the cases after a good move if limit is downgraded, stock becomes very volatile and ultimately goes for a harsh pullback. So many examples in the recent run itself. I know people trade 5% ones also and make money. That's the beauty of the market. It has something to offer for everyone.

GUJALKALI - exited today as price gave a decisive breach of the 10-day EMA.
I've been noticing that some traders are reluctant to trade 10% price-band stocks. Earlier, I also used to avoid these, but structural setups in liquid names from a good sector can work even if they are in the 10% price-band.

💫Many premature breakouts have failed over the last 2-3 days.
✅Many big movers have started pulling back to their 10- and 20-period moving averages.
✅Based on my experience and past winner study, leading stocks typically hold their 10 and 20 EMAs during strong uptrends. I’m tracking these names closely and will look to trade them if a proper setup forms.

@finallynitin AEQUS has a circuit limit downgrade to 10% and when this happens most of the stocks get volatile and more often do not make big moves on the up side. Ek baar check kar lena bhai. Also look at 10-20 examples to verify what I am saying 🙏
