@Jessiemackay It’s technically called Rheum. Which is a mix of conjunctival mucus, oils, skin cells and tears. We at iOH prefer the word “sleep” when referring to it tho! Sleep crust or eye boogers is just not nice!

Does anyone call that gunk you can sometimes get in your eyes “sleep”? My daughter just heard me refer to it as such and mocked me uncontrollably…anyone!??
