Hey Tiger fans… just win today. That’s the name of the game. At this pace the Tigers are headed toward 100 losses, and I honestly never thought this roster was THIS bad coming out of spring training. Right now Mize is the ace until Skubal gets back. The pitching has to stabilize and the bats have to wake up. Just win today. And you know what else this season exposed? I’ve been fighting for YEARS about how overrated this farm system is. Every season we hear: “Top farm system.” “Future powerhouse.” “Wave after wave of talent coming.” Other than McGonigle… where is it? Seriously. This injury-riddled season exposed the truth quickly. Most of these guys simply aren’t ready. The “elite depth” everybody bragged about? It’s nowhere to be found. The one other young player I kinda like is the Korean kid. Quick swing. Tight path to the ball. The issue right now is the consistency and overall feel within the swing, which is probably what’s holding him back. But he’s got enough ability to become a serviceable big league player. But remember Tiger fans — just like we got gaslighted for years about velocity and the “max effort” pitching craze… we’ve also been gaslighted about how great this farm system supposedly is. I am going to explain this as simply as I can for those that still don't understand. You do not get the results you got in Indiana, Louisiana, and Kentucky with a sitting President in the low 30s approval rating. Therefore, the polls are fake. The reality shows Trump's approval is very high. What the final number is no one knows because the polls are so fake anymore, but it's certainly not in the 30s. The results tell you that in flashing neon letters. Everyone in power that believed the polls should immediately do a gut check and change course because the media siren polls are driving you all into the rocks.
