Combine exposure - it necessary for risk management and I am allowed to do so. check DM I have sent everything in details, sometimes accepting the system loophole can make it easier to solve issue rather than blaming users. Also, If I had invested with emotions then I wouldn’t have spent $5k and I am regular trader, older than your firm. You posted the payout amount. You posted screenshots that support your story. But somehow, the actual reason behind the decision became just a tiny detail you want everyone to ignore. That is not transparency. That is selective storytelling😔 I understand this situation is frustrating, especially when it involves a payout. Nobody wants to feel like their effort was ignored or misunderstood. But it is important that the full context is shown, not only selected screenshots. A payout review is not decided by the amount shown, emotions in a post or how convincing a thread sounds. It is based on the actual trading behavior on the account and whether it followed the rules. If prohibited strategies were identified, then simply saying "I followed every rule" does not give the full picture. So I have one simple request: Please post the full email you received from Upcomers explaining why your payout was denied. Not selected screenshots. Not cropped parts. The full explanation. And I want to be very clear: if Upcomers ever makes a mistake, I will gladly help always and make sure it is reviewed properly. Nobody is perfect, mistakes can happen and if something is wrong, it should be corrected. But transparency has to go both ways. If you trade within the rules, you get paid. Always.

Okay, I will wait for an update from you. Thanks 🙏 Also, refer the whatsapp communication from your team, no scalping, no such ration mentioned, it’s literally call playing with own words. Lack of transparency from team, no response to legal notice. I will make sure the @upcomers_com license will be suspended if they fail to resolve it.

Please read my post, your team constantly denied valid explanation, now they are not even responding to my emails, whatsapp msgs and legal notice, I was good until I was purchased Upcomers accounts, when I generated profit suddenly, my 33k profit withdrawn by @upcomers_com I have attached all the evidence. @JakubUPC @mattejjanda @Veroc_Daniel @pavelgerz @JanUpvay

Calling Upcomers "scammers" and calling yourself a "victim" without providing any context is not a serious complaint. It's a public accusation. Every trader receives a DETAILED explanation when a decision is made, including what happened, which rules were violated and why the outcome was reached. But somehow, that part never gets posted. Only the word "scam" does🙂 A trader who follows the rules gets paid, always! That's how it works.

Making bad reviews about you will only make this worse. I know how many months it took me to get the money i used in purchasing an account with your prop firm. All fingers are not equal here

So this morning, i was provoked within me. I purchased an 100K account with @upcomers_com with my hard earned money. Passed the phase 1 and then during my trading in the phase 2, i was breached. Whenever i get breached on any trading account i don't DM the prop firm support for breaching it. But whenever i see that i was breached, and with all my calculations i shouldn't have been breached immediately i will DM the prop firm right away. @AlphaCapitalUK once breached my 50K account wrongly and immediately i DM them & it was restored back to its actual state. But with @upcomers_com it was the same story but different outcome. With all my calculations and SLs considering the daily drawdown, i shouldn't have breached this account. But you guys made up a story that's not even it. How can your website dashboard say i breached daily drawdown, meanwhile on my MT5 history i am yet to breach the daily drawdown. This was the exact thing that happened with @AlphaCapitalUK and was resolved. @upcomers_com & @JakubUPC please kindly make a review of my trading account. The fact that i carried my hard earned money to purchase an account with you and was breached easily like that without breaching the daily drawdown. I need to speak out. I so much trusted you guys hence i purchased an account with you in the first place but then you did me really bad. This isn't the right way to go about it. Normally, i don't do this unless it has gotten to me and i don't like it. NB: This isn't a giveaway account, it was purchased with my hard earned money. For you to know how painful it was.

In the funded phase of this account, there were multiple breaches of prohibited strategies, specifically: Tick scalping Quick strike Martingale For this reason, the payout was denied due to a clear rule violation and the reasoning was explained in detail. There is nothing to hide. If you trade according to the rules, which are transparently available in our Help Center, you will always receive your payout from Upcomers. @trustedprophub, before spreading lies about us, it is better to verify the information first instead of writing “according to him.”

Another issue raised against @upcomers_com 🚨 @allfrim010 claims his 100K funded account was suspended and his payout rejected after making around $4,000 profit. According to him, the account was initially given a 1% payout, but later suspended with the explanation that “all trades were outside the rules.” The real question is: How did the same trades become a problem only after profits were made? If the trading activity was truly against the rules, why was the account allowed to continue trading and even receive a payout first? Traders deserve clear explanations, transparent rule enforcement, and consistency not actions that raise more confusion after someone becomes profitable. @upcomers_com @JakubUPC needs to publicly clarify this situation.
