By giving the brightest talent the pathways to create and build (and in the case of immigrants, to stay), we can encourage them to choose Canada long-term rather than go seek better career growth elsewhere

The gods of IRCC have once again ordained that for each CEC draw that we have in the 500+ scores we must pay with a low score (under 400) francophone draw. Because this is how logical, skilled immigration works. We can complain all we want, they won’t change their approach
