यह गरीब परिवार धूप में DAIKIN का AC लेकर इसलिए खड़ा है क्योंकि इनका कहना है कि इनके साथ ठगी हुई है। इन्होंने ₹39,000 में शोरूम से DAIKIN का AC खरीदा था, जहाँ इन्हें 5 साल की गारंटी का भरोसा दिया गया था। लेकिन मात्र डेढ़ साल में ही AC ने काम करना बंद कर दिया और उससे पानी टपकने लगा। जब ये शोरूम गए तो उन्हें कस्टमर केयर से बात करने को कहा गया। कस्टमर केयर का कहना है कि गारंटी सिर्फ 1 साल की थी जो अब खत्म हो चुकी है। अब AC ठीक करने के लिए 15 से 20 हजार रुपये मांगे जा रहे हैं। इस गरीब आदमी का कहना है कि ₹40,000 में AC खरीदने के बाद, वह हर साल ₹15,000 मरम्मत के लिए कहाँ से लाएगा? दुकान वाले ने झूठ बोला कि 5 साल की गारंटी है वह इसी झूठ के झांसे में आकर यह महंगा AC खरीद बैठा।

Its been a few days now . And jab yeh sab shuru hua ek ajeeb se feeling thi , ki itne salo ki mehnat koi issue toh nhi ho jayega . Mene hamesha koshish ki hai , ki even agar review unit aye na aye Agar phone acha hai toh khrid ke bhi acha he bola jaye Lekin har product mein kuch na kuch kami hoti he hai , and most brands take this as a feedback But the worst part is that I have done so much research to help this brand regarding fake videos that have been made against it. And guess what, this brand doesn't even take the few genuine feedback as well. Hope the tech industry unites against such things as agar yeh sab normal ho gaya toh shyd geniune reviews, feedbacks possible he nhi ho payega And sirf +ve video bnane mein , and Advertisement mein koi difference nhi rahega Testing and sharing the reality of a product is what real fun is.
