To my community on X, I wanted to introduce myself. I live in Cambridge and Cape Cod, Massachusetts. I founded WordStream in my 20s, over a decade ago. We built PPC marketing automation tools for Google and Facebook Ads. The business was acquired by Gannett in 2018 for $150 million. We had 300+ employees, +$55M in revenues, 10K+ customers globally. I raised only $18 million, so the team, my investors, and I all did great. Today, I’m the founder of @CustomersAI - we provide website identity resolution and remarketing solutions. This is my second business. This time around, I’m focused on building a product with stronger ROI and doing more of the Product & Engineering work. My goal is to achieve an even more strategic multiple at exit. I studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Waterloo in Canada (originally from Winnipeg!) Became a US citizen in 2010.
