Wow what a fast response from the largest payment aggregator @NPCI_BHIM @NPCI_NPCI Actually it doesn't even care about the problems of its users, it's better to leave than to use this app. First they deceived me with an allurement of Cashback then ended up giving nothing.

About an hour ago I paid ₹20 at a dairy store using BHIM UPI and got ₹100 cashback which is almost a 400% return usually every payment gives around 8 to 10% cashback but this time it was 400% which is incredible makes it one of the best UPI apps that consistently rewards users with cashback What’s your view? #BHIMUPI #UPI

My experience with BHIM UPI support.. getting nowhere for days ₹349 debited via BHIM UPI for Jio recharge on 16 April 2026 (UTR: 132109924902). Recharge not done, no refund. Day 1–3: “We are reviewing, please wait.” Day 4: Told “amount credited to merchant.” I checked with bank + Jio → both confirmed they have NOT received the amount. I asked BHIM for proof (UTR trace, merchant bank details, settlement info), no clear answer. Then email says “refund done.” Later another reply says “contact your bank for chargeback.” So what exactly is the truth here? No recharge. No refund. No clear tracking details. Just being redirected again and again. @NPCI_BHIM this is not acceptable. I need: • Clear transaction trace (where did the money go?) • Proper resolution (refund or confirmation of credit) • Accountability instead of template replies @NPCI_NPCI #BHIM #UPI #FailedTransaction
