We're not a democracy any more. The government has introduced policy with huge long-term implications despite huge opposition and despite not mentioning it in their manifesto. Not just once but multiple times. They're not even pretending to listen to the public any more. This has to stop.

Oh the government put a response out at 2am to the Digital ID petition. Yeah, they will be continuing. And even considering it for ages 13+ They have to go. They do not work for the people.

Labour has responded to the petition stating that a Digital ID will be introduced within this Parliament. A cross-party effort in Westminster to resist that is now an absolute necessity. I'm pleased to report even more signatures on our letter. We will fight it in Parliament.

So just had a reply from the petition & this Government are still pushing ahead with Digital ID even though they know nobody wants it & they are not even going to debate it in parliament. Surely this can’t even be legal as this was never in their manifesto. Anyone else angry?

Despite close to 3 million signatures already on the No to Digital ID petition the government has responded that it intends to go ahead with it anyway. Can there be any doubt now we live in a dictatorship? Your freedom is at risk.

Keir Starmer’s mandatory digital ID is turning into a disaster for him. Public support has collapsed and many within his own party are concerned about it. Keep the pressure up. Just say no to digital ID.

Reports of a huge cabinet backlash to Starmer's mad Digital ID policy. This is a fight we can win. The public can feel detached from politics, but the opposition has clearly spooked Labour - I suspect the British people underestimate how much power they actually have. Writing to your MP does work.
