Shit’s especially rough right now. We are in the middle of a worldwide crisis. Don’t put too much pressure on yourself, we’re all struggling right now. It WILL get better. YOU will get better. You just have to give yourself the chance.

And I know it’s been said time and time again, but PLEASE practice being nicer to yourself. If it’s not something you would say to someone else, don’t say it to yourself. YOU deserve that same respect you give others, even if right now you don’t think you do. <3
