@mohitsatitwt Difficult bhi h initially, you need to send a lot of requests just to be accepted by 1-2 good guys and then move forward from there

"and now this saying company need changed!", I don't think this is written by someone with the mentioned credentials, maybe I am wrong, maybe not, who knows

Pretty much every smaller city in Japan has something like this. 99% of you people visiting will never find it because you have been brainwashed into doing Osaka-Kyoto-Tokyo like everyone else.

@Siddcodes1 Most start in 3rd year, you are not late, just don't waste time now.

@i_am_iron_dev Impossible
my college name alone is enough for my rejection.

3k stipend for a Full Stack role.
They wanted Next.js, Express, Docker, CI/CD, AWS and probably expected a whole engineering team inside one intern 💀
I politely said this isn’t a fair fit instead of negotiating, the recruiter blocked me on Internshala.
What’s happening in the job market lately is honestly sad.
3k–5k stipends for roles requiring real production-level skills is straight up exploitation at this point.
Curious to know your opinions guys. Are you seeing this too?

@introcapybara @kartikktwt Yeah, but atleast that's a good enough point to target.

Start by focusing on a specific problem or niche you have experience in, even if it's small. Finding clients gets easier if you join ongoing conversations in places like Reddit and LinkedIn. I built parsestream.com to help spot these conversations in real time since that's how I landed my first agency clients. Meeting people at the right moment makes a huge difference when you're new.

I want to try my hands on building a freelance agency but I can't seem to figure out what to offer and how to find the clients for it who will be willing to give someone new a chance. It would be great to get some advice, anyone?

@sushilwtf Your best bet if you are just starting is Linux Mint probably, you will have support for almost all the general applications plus lots of tutorials out there, then you can switch and try other distros when you get comfortable.
