@UncleBarry8 I fully agree. And I think that’s the reason why Captain Yvonne will get off with a slap on the wrist. Those above her will have to receive an equal or harsher punishment so they’ll orchestrate it all as just minor punishment.

@i_malcontent Thank you for reporting on this, very interesting to see that she might finally be charged for incompetence. Although not really her fault, she wasn't promoted on the basis of experience or ability.

It’s not just Captain Yvonne’s fault. Senior Navy Personnel selected her for the role. NZDF and NZ Government officials tried to reframe the disaster as a “Triumph”. They slandered citizens who dared to ask questions. Hold them all accountable.
