In Sept. the General Court of the EU rejected a case which sought to strike down the European Commission's approval of the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. The dismissal leaves the DPF legally untested in Europe and vulnerable to political shifts in Washington, writes @iain_nash.

@PaulbernalUK @JackJanglebones One main positive take-away is that lack of success for both extremes of the political spectrum. Not seeing any far right / racist success, nor some of the loonier far left. Irish politics are pretty centrist, and the centrist parties / indos seem to be the ones who'll get in
