I'm testing the Teleconverter and the zoom and shutter buttons of the case aren't working 😫 I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I've already sent a DM to @OPPO__Support

@thinborne I think people will stick to slab phones unless they become more affordable. Apple will make them more popular but not to the point where everyone has one.

@yo_mismo1 @OPPO__Support @Orange_Scooter When you connect to it via Bluetooth the case should say it's battery percentage. Have you tried forgetting the case and re-pairing? Should show as oppo camera case or phone grip?

@iamIRONSman @OPPO__Support @Orange_Scooter I think so. When I plug it in to charge, the light flashes and then stays on. I understand that at that point the case is already charged.

@yo_mismo1 @OPPO__Support A silly question, is it charged? 😂. @Orange_Scooter I'm right aren't I? The zoom toggle in front of the shutter button on the case grip turns the light on the side on so the case works with the phone as well as Bluetooth.

@yo_mismo1 @OPPO__Support With the case not charging hold the zoom switch towards the right the light should then show on the case. Open Bluetooth and pair to the case, it should hopefully then work. The Tele converter isn't powered but the camera mode for it is probably in the more section furthest right

@iamIRONSman @OPPO__Support Yes, there is one. It's the one that lights up when you plug in the case to charge. What I don't realize now is whether it's switched on when I install the Teleconverter. When you talk about matching, how is it done? I'll look at it when I get home. Many thanks 😊👍😍
