£35K salary sounds alright until you work out what it actually costs you. You're not getting paid for 8 hours. You're selling your entire day. The commute. The lunch hour you can't use. The 2 hours on the couch recovering when you get home. Add it all up and your real hourly rate drops to about £10.58. The person who made your coffee this morning earned more per hour than you did. They just didn't have to sit through a team meeting first.

Yesterday, cheating was a moral disaster. It was wicked, unforgivable, something you swore you could never defend.
Today, suddenly, it’s just a “small mistake.”
That’s how I know some of you don’t actually have values. You have favourites.
Your morals bend depending on who is involved. What you condemned with your whole chest yesterday becomes something you excuse, justify, and rebrand when it’s someone you like. Not because the act has changed, but because your loyalty is louder than your conscience.
It’s frightening, really. Because it shows that for a lot of people, right and wrong are not principles. They’re outfits you change depending on the occasion. And a person who stands for nothing will always find a way to defend anything.
