Post login, go to Raise Request/Complaint and select the Account for which you need to raise the concern. In the next page select Financial Transaction Related, select the transaction, click on next and select UPI ( BHIM SBI PAY / GPAY / PHONEPE/ PAYTM ETC. ) >> UPI ASBA (IPO) >> HOLD NOT REMOVED from the drop down and mention brief details of the issue. Our concerned team will look into this. Upon successful registration, you will receive a complaint no. on your registered mobile number/ e-mail ID. The complaint will be dealt with and the closing remarks will be sent to your registered e-mail address.

@meesho_support i ordered a product , on 16th its status was marked as Delivered, but it was not delivered to me, so i registered complaint,i got response from your side that order was delivered through otp so we can't do anything. Please help I haven't given otp to anyone

@Prashan41296103 @meesho_support Same issue but my no. Was correct. My phone was switched off , so I didn't give any otp to anyone still my order was marked as delivered. Its latest scam done by meesho delivery agents.

Delivery agent might have taken the Otp by contacting the wrong number. No address of Kavadiguda Valmo logistics,Hyderabad was provided by @meesho_support No information of the delivery agent ,who delivered my order. NO Refund was provided #ValmoLogisticsScam #MoneyLossWithMeesho

Two prepaid orders placed on @Meesho_Official I gave my phone number wrong , but the correct address. No order received,updated as delivered. When enquired with Valmo logistics,No proper response. Same with @meesho_support .Dont buy #meesho products,Valmo logistics No.1 Cheater

@flipkartsupport ordered 14 L washing machine order id OD429355555757887100 delivered to me on 13 oct but we didn't open the box. Now we opened, lower part of machine is broken, Flipkart said return window is closed we can't replace it, worst exp will never ever use Flipkart

@JioCare I am experiencing very low network issue from last one year , i am unable to use internet indoor. I have lodged many complaints but no resolution till now, hundreds of people in my locality have port out from jio, but jio doesn't even care, pathetic and worst service
