That’s the exact same RC ‘supervisor’ I found in my room - she had 2 other staff members with her, one was standing as lookout at the door. They said it was routine to check rooms (even though I had the ‘do not disturb’ sign on). I had personal property stolen. I called her boss and head of security to my room. I asked for her to be removed from the situation as she became defensive and spoke over me when I asked questions and tried to explain what had happened. She needs to be fired.
