Dear @RBI, I took an edu loan from @bankofbaroda and have paid 59 of 60 EMIs. Now they claim EMI was miscalculated and i paid ₹60K more as interest as actual, I requested adjustment, but branch & regional office say they lack authority. Kindly help resolve this.

If the EMI had been correctly configured from the start, I would’ve paid ₹60K less in interest. I trust that @RBI has the authority to resolve this issue fairly.

Took a ₹3.85L education loan, became ₹5.62L after cooling. Paid ₹4,790 EMI for 59 months. Now bank demands ₹4.24L suddenly in 60th month! Later told it was a system error. No one informed me in 10 yrs, despite 200+ visits. Why should I suffer for bank's mistake? @bankofbaroda
