You rather have clearly not been to a proper construction site. Even carrying the blocks to lay is hard work. The effort that goes into plastering cannot be compared to 9-5 office work.

@iam_Koco_Master @JasperZiggle Laborers do the lifting from mortar mixing to carrying of blocks. Mason’s job is to lay blocks and do plastering. I guess you’ve never worked at a construction site before. Masons always call for mortar like it’s their birthright 😂.

Masons do a lot of lifting as well.
It is the foremen who supervise so do not carry anything.

@JasperZiggle I can see a lot of those hate-comments coming from 9to5 folks. “Do they work everyday?” ‘It’s 150 cedis’ etc. But the truth is they forget most masons not laborers work on new sites and they barely do any lifting.They just lay blocks. Some even work 3 months straight. Delusional!
