I have raised 4 return requests and all 4 of them got rejected stating "it was an open box delivery". What a shame. I have wasted my time talking to them and lost my money in this fraud. @Flipkart - I am never going to use your service in future.

So even if I had checked during delivery I would not notice the leaking. Now the way customer representatives are telling about policy such that I should have checked the container in front of the agent by pouring water.

@Flipkart is a fraud organisation, and its customer service is the worst. They have come up with an open box delivery concept, which I didn't know. Now as per their policy their delivery agent should inform the customer during delivery about this, but the agent did not inform.
