@CalvertPerry16 @ConnCFC The solution is to sign a coach who knows how to win, who has won Trophies 🏆 and then they sale players that are not adapting, buy atleast 3 experienced defenders and already proven players in other required positions.

@iam_rwpablo @ConnCFC Did you know what Terry and Lamps had achieved before they went against AVB. Majority of these players are average as their employers(blueco). They arrogance of them thinking they’re Pre-Madonna’s for winning Conference league and club World Cup

Whatever manager Chelsea get, it needs to be one who can humble these players. They think they’re much better than what they are. Mentality needs to change

@CalvertPerry16 @ConnCFC There were also average players in the squad during the time of Terry and lamps, even emselves were once average but winning make made them what they turned out to be, greatest of their time and legends of chelsea. So only a top coach who knows how to win can turn this around

@CalvertPerry16 @ConnCFC Terry and lamps were able to achieved whatever they achieved before they went against Benitez & AVB because Roman singed coaches that has already proven emselves worthy. He didn't sign coaches who are still struggling to win one trophy. He signed coaches who knows how to win.

@CFCStan__ @Blue_Footy So Marco Silva and Iraola who havent won anything to prove themselves worthy are bigger than him? Do you know what it takes to win 5 trophies in an aggressive Brazilian league? If you're not tactical, you can't win that much and you can't keep winning enough to win those trophies

@CFCStan__ @Blue_Footy If they hire Filipe Luis, he's much better than the likes of Marco Silva and IraOla. Luis won 5 trophies in a physical/aggressive Brazilian league. So it's either him, Xavi or Xabi. Chelsea only need managers that has won Trophies and proved emselves worthy.

‼️ Former Chelsea left-back Filipe Luis is in contention to become the club's next head coach - just weeks after he was sacked by Flamengo following an 8-0 win. {Mirror} mirror.co.uk/sport/football…

@KwahuBridge @Blue_Footy This problem started when the owners decided sack Tuchel to go for young coaches who are unworthy. The culture was there when they bought the club and they shouldn't have changed it. Just get the best coach and the best/experienced players you can possible get. Simple.

@Maxxation @ConnCFC And they won't see any perennial success unless you get an already proven coach who has won Trophies and knows how to win. So what point are you trying to make ?

@iam_rwpablo @ConnCFC The difference between the two teams is one team were already multiple league and cup winners while this current crop of players have barely seen any perennial success.

@KwahuBridge @Blue_Footy Talking about squad, improvement needs to be made, some unworthy players need to leave and then sign quality players & talking about Chelsea's environment, you just need to get the right coach. Get an already proven coach, give him the players he need, quality ones and that's it

@iam_rwpablo @Blue_Footy Winning trophies definitely matters, but context matters too, different leagues, squads and pressure levels don’t always translate directly to Chelsea’s environment.

@Blue_Footy @TheAthleticFC I don't want to be seeing names like Andoni Iraola or Marco Silva. I don't want to be seeing names of Coaches that are yet to win trophies, I don't want to see names of coaches that are yet to prove emselves. Only names of coaches that has proven emselves worthy should be listed

‼️ Chelsea will take their time to choose their next permanent head coach. Andoni Iraola, who is leaving Bournemouth at the end of this campaign, is one of seven or eight names under consideration. ~ @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/72216…

@KwahuBridge @Blue_Footy Filipe Luis is an experienced manager, he won 5 title in 2yrs in a physical Brazilian league. Its either him, Xavi or Xabi. Chelsea only need managers that has won Trophies not ones that are yet to win

@Blue_Footy That would be a bold move, but Chelsea swinging from experienced managers to emerging coaches again shows they’re still searching for a clear direction.

@Adedhayyo @Blue_Footy He's much more better than Marco Silva, Iraola. Their aren't much top coach available. It's either him, xabi or Xavi. They've all won trophies and proved emselves worthy. That's the kinds coach chelsea need, not some unproven coaches who are yet to lift trophies

@Blue_Footy Fabregas shouldn't even be in the discussion. He hasn't won anything. Roman wouldn't sign a coach who's yet to prove himself. That's how it should remain. Only sign managers who has proved emselves.Someone who know how to win, who knows what it takes to win and to win trophies
