Kwankwaso left PDP to NNPP but as guy man weh him be, he still left Kano delegates intact and sold all his Kano delegate votes to Wike out of spite for Atiku. My guy went ahead to split opposition votes so Tinubu can win 2023 and has now followed his co-splitter Obi again to do same for 2027 against the collective Nigerian opposition. I never see hate weh reach like this….

What people envy about you is how you understand them best. Praise can be faked but not envy; envy is honest. Who doesn’t want to be 79 years old - still sound in mind and body, leading with quiet dignity, surviving betrayals, withstanding attacks and ready to fight forward for Nigeria. Still standing. Still solid. They envy your quiet dignity they call it arrogance; You did them favours and never even told us; Their envy reveals what they secretly wish they can have the discipline to build, and what they quietly fear you might achieve long before they do. We welcome their envy - they may eventually be ok (or not) but they will never be AA.

You are a coward who works for Bola Ahmed Tinubu. You lack integrity, honesty, patriotism and self respect. You are deliberately sabotaging the opposition. I SWEAR WITH MY LIFE, YOU PETER GREGORY OBI WILL NEVER BE THE PRESIDENT OF NIGERIA IN THIS LIFE OR NEXT.

Fellow Nigerians, good morning. I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you. Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances. We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal. More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism. We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power. Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise. Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building. Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated. And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions. There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline? Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

@jon_d_doe @francis_az1 Why must it be Peter Obi? Nobody is stepping aside for him. He should contest the primaries with other aspirants and if he emerges the presidential candidate then everyone will work to support him.

I want to make a prediction. Because Atiku will not step aside for Peter Obi in ADC, if Peter Obi decides to go to another political party, Peter Obi will not win the presidential elections. Tinubu will win. But Peter Obi will get more votes than Atiku. End.

As far as Obi is yet to make his declaration to join NDC official, I still believe there is a room for reconciliation. Atiku should reach out to him to make him see reasons to stay in the coalition. This isn't the time to play big man politics. If Obi joins ADC, there is no pathway for Atiku or anyone in the coalition. Atiku shouldn't listen to those who are saying he has a chance without Obi against Tinubu. He can't win as long as Obi is on the ballot as a separate candidate. Atiku had 25% in 21 states in 2023. There is no way he is going to get 25% in any Southern state if Obi fails to run alongside him. Most of the southern guys in the coalition are not as popular as Obi Let's assume Tinubu rigs all the states in the South, the fact remains Obi will still clear the 5 states in the South East. Atiku needs the 5 states in the SE to solve his 25% puzzle and to get enough edge to drag it out with Tinubu. Only Obi has a guaranteed bulk votes in the East. Please reach out to him and try to see if there is a room for reconciliation. Don't assume @atiku!

Obi has the right to join any party but I will advise him to think over the decision again. Obasanjo shouldn't be his sole reason for leaving the coalition. Obj doesn't have anything to lose and he will most likely attend Tinubu's second term inauguration. Kwankwaso is using you to play his own political long game and it is ridiculous that you don't see it. The same way we mentioned Okupe and others then. @PeterObi you are a politician and should be able to know when you are being used to massage personal political ego. Again, Obasanjo doesn't have anything to lose. Please stay in the coalition and play your game there. It is better to lose out in the coalition and be considered upright than to go to a new party and lose out heavily and be called a desperate politician. I genuinely wish you well.

Peter Obi and Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso do not have any problem with President Tinubu or his bad administration. Their actions have proven that they are only concerned about their personal and political interests, people need to understand this. Kwankwaso on the other hand has met with President Tinubu several times and have considered joining the APC before aligning with the ADC. So my point is, these people don’t care about the critical situation bothering Nigerians or the country at large, their target is just the titles or Tinubu can continue doing whatever he’s doing to Nigerians, they don’t care.

“Peter Obi needs to talk to his people. I noticed a trend, and I'm surprised that we are going back to that again. I want to send a message to supporters of Obi: the earlier they realise that this is not about Obi but about the country, the better for them. For them to maintain a sustained attack on Atiku Abubakar is unacceptable. They keep attacking Atiku as if he's Tinubu.” — Oladimeji Fabiyi, aide to Atiku Abubakar

ADC'S COURT VICTORY: NOT YET UHURU. THONNY PATH ON YOUR WAY: ADC. it's members and sympathizers may have reason to celebrate today's supreme court judgement. But looking closer at the stakes, the judgement is pregnant and a trap set for the ADC to relax. Just consider the following issues: 1. The supreme court judgement is on interlocutory appeal and not a final judgement on the substantive suit. 2. The federal high court will continue to hear and determine the substantive suit. 3. Inec time table is time bound ,strict and irreversible because it is guided by the provisions of the electoral act. 4. If either Nafiu or David mark group looses at the federal high, an appeal to the court of appeal and supreme court is inevitable. 5. From the strict Inec time table and the unlikely hood of the matter to be disposed of up to the supreme court, even if ADC succeeded, it would have a success in futility because INEC would have gone far into its preparations and will not reverse to accommodate a late commer. Therefore ADC must brace up. tighten its belt and prepare for more democratic and political landmines and explosives.

Peter Obi is no longer participating in ADC activities. He might end up joining forces with another APC extension with Seriake Dickson in NDC. Charles Soludo said Peter Obi is working against the opposition in 2023 and they called him names, now he has been vindicated.

Education should never be defined by limitations in space, infrastructure, or dignity. During an earlier monitoring visit to schools within Nasarawa LGA, Kano State, including Suntulima Special Primary School, Tarauni Special Primary School, and Daurawa Primary School. The realities on ground were clear: overcrowded classrooms, severe shortages of furniture, inadequate water supply, and learning environments that did not reflect the true potential of the children within them. In Suntulima Primary School alone, over 3,500 pupils navigated learning amidst infrastructural gaps, while similar conditions were observed across other schools, with thousands of learners facing inadequate classrooms, limited resources, and unconducive learning environments. These conditions demanded more than observation, they required decisive action. In line with the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC) has taken deliberate steps to transform these realities through strategic interventions funded by the UBEC-SUBEB Matching Grant. Today, that commitment is evident. New classroom blocks are under construction, with roofing completed in some locations and ongoing works including plastering, ceiling installations, and structural improvements, progressing steadily. These efforts are not just improving infrastructure; they are creating safe, functional, and inspiring spaces where learning can truly take place. This transformation goes beyond buildings. It restores dignity, supports teachers, and gives every child a fair opportunity to learn and succeed. UBEC remains committed to transforming learning one school at a time through accountability, strong partnerships, and a clear focus on impact. Because when we improve the environment, we unlock potential. And when we invest in education, we secure the future.
