I love to soak dates in hot water then blend them with a bit of vanilla and sometimes maple syrup and a tiny bit of maldon to make a caramel-esque treat (on top of greek yogurt mixed w pb powder and vanilla extract)

@thewekkday I was in Spain so I believe the vermouth was a bit different? It was a lot less bitter and more fruity
