The biggest mistake I see cosmetics brands make: They scale their ads before they scale their operations. You can spend €50K on ads in a day. But if your warehouse can't ship, your CS team is underwater, and your product runs out? You just paid €50K to destroy your reputation.

What actually made it possible: A waitlist of 40,000 people built before launch Influencer seeding real people, real reactions, no fake hype A warehouse team that could ship same-day at volume. Genuine scarcity we had limited stock and were honest about it. Operations and marketing have to move as one unit.
