@Kutchinaconnect @VisionAditya Purchased a defective Kutchina Cooktop (Sapphire 4BD AUTO) from Aditya Vision, Prayagraj. One burner not working since day 1 of use. Multiple complaints, no resolution yet. This is clear deficiency in service under Consumer Protection Act 2019.
