At this point it feels like @MTNGhana only responds to complaints publicly just to look active.
Because how do you request my number, make it seem like help is coming, and then go completely silent while the issue still exists?
Days without internet. No accountability.

@MTNGhana My internet has been off since Wednesday and every single time I call customer service, I get the same robotic response:
“Your complaint has been forwarded to the technical team and the issue will be resolved within 24-48 hours.”
It’s been DAYS.

At this point, I can confidently say @MTNGhana never cares about their customers. It’s all about the money for them

Meanwhile, work is delayed, businesses are losing money and stress levels keep rising.

It’s frustrating how network providers @MTNGhana can comfortably take our money but fail to provide the service they advertised.

Just “please exercise patience.”
