CHAIN REACTION lead to the road to reform & multi party democracy.
What lead to MDP being created!
- 19th Sept 2003-late night.
• Evan’s brutal death from torture in Maafushi jail.
- 20th Sept 2003-morning in Maafushi jail.
• Shooting at unarmed prisoners in Maafushi jail.
20th Sept 2003-Male’ early afternoon.
• Evan’s mom, Mariyam Manike, took the courageous decision to allow ppl to bear witness to the torture he was forced to endure by keeping Evan’s lifeless body as it is…for a longer time…so people could see… people poured in to the cemetery.
20th Sept 2003- early evening.
• People started gathering in front of IGMH after hearing about the shooting & that some were brought to the hospital.
• After a few hours some of those gathered to get information/news lost control.
• Around sunset a riot began. Began with the police station next to IGMH being vandalized. Vehicles torched & some tried to set fire to the police station too. But after others on the street intertwined & explained the danger, the rioters brought out the computers, paperwork etc outside and then torched it.
•Then a large group (many say about 100-150) people took off together and along the way they vandalized police stations they came across & torched whatever was inside, after bringing it onto the street.
•They also vandalized & torched other govt buildings & vehicles.
• No public property was damaged by them.
20th Sept 2003-Night
• Around the time Gayoom addressed the nation via TVM… 8 o’clock news…the dead body of another Maafushi prisoner (Clinton(Ameen) was being taken to the cemetery in an ambulance…the rear door open. Ppl followed the ambulance.
20th Sept 2003-10pm
• Curfew was enforced from 10pm.
• Mass arrests started
21st Sept 2003
• More arrests
• People were speaking of a list police had with names of over 200 people they wanted to arrest. My name was on it.
22nd Sept 2003-12am.
• Police came knocking on my door, to arrest me. About 5 vehicles & some 50 police officers all around my home.
• They couldn’t climb up the stairs to my room cos it was extremely narrow & steep 😊
• I told them i’d get ready and be down.
• I called my dad who was in a meeting at Chamber of Commerce.
• By the time police was about to put me in the vehicle, my dad had arrived there.
• He insisted & had the police take him also with us.
• We were taken to KK koshi.
• Police took me to the roofed area at the courtyard & kept me there on a chair
• My dad was walking around from one section to the other arguing with cops & calling people he knew in the govt & police/army.
• When Asr prayer time came, bappa came to where i was and prayed under the shade & left again inside the building.
• Around 4pm he came to me. I saw his face & i knew this was the hardest thing he’d had to face in his adult life. His phone rang right then. It was a senior officer in the army. Bappa told the man-“You can kill Jenny, but i will not stop.” Then he looked at me with teary eyes & hugged me. I whispered in his ear… “leave Raajje bappa pls”! He said “be brave Jenny. Pray. Allah will be with you.” He then turned around quickly & left w/out a second glance!
• From KK bappa went near the president’s office. There he met some ministers on the road, who took him to one of the ministry’s meeting rooms & tried to calm bappa. They offered bappa to lead the committee PMAG was going to set up to investigate what happened in jail. Bappa refused & he was not going to calm down. He told them also that he’d not stop even if they kill me!
• From there he went to Esjehi gallery. Where he met Ahmedbe’ & Mody. They went to Ahmedbe’s home & there bappa decided he was going to try to leave to Colombo. Only those two ppl knew he was going to leave. For safety.
• Bappa & my sister left to Colombo on the 8 or 9pm. Bappa’s name was on the list with immigration but from within the army, immigration & even the ministry… Dhivehin helped bappa leave! ❤️

WALL STREET spends millions on quant teams.
I spent $20 on Claude.
Yesterday:
fired.
rent late.
$25 left in my bank account.
I opened Claude and typed:
“Analyze profitable Polymarket wallets from the last 90 days and build me an edge.”
Then went to sleep.
Woke up to:
+$4,237.
While I was asleep, the agent:
• scanned 10,000 wallets
• filtered fake alpha from real edge
• tracked sizing, timing, and conviction
• found traders consistently beating the market
Then it built a fully automated strategy:
→ monitors breaking news
→ maps narratives to active markets
→ detects mispriced odds
→ executes arbitrage
→ sizes positions dynamically
Started at 11:47 PM.
By morning:
94 trades executed.
Zero manual input.
No fear.
No greed.
No second-guessing.
Just data reacting faster than humans can.
People keep asking if AI will replace jobs.
Wrong question.
The real question is:
what happens when one person gets access to tools that used to belong only to Wall Street?
You only need Claude + laptop + 1 hour/day.

Noland Arbaugh’s life has been completely transformed
“I can control a computer with my thoughts”
As the first human to receive a Neuralink brain implant, the man who was once paralyzed after a diving accident is now:
• Playing video games for hours using only his mind
• Earning a 4.0 GPA while studying neuroscience in college
• Running his own business
• Building a thriving speaking career with paid keynotes and global appearances
He’s traveling the world, inspiring audiences, and even writing a book - all powered by a brain chip
What used to be science fiction is now reality
Neuralink is not just restoring lost abilities - it’s unlocking the next chapter of human potential
